We collaborate with talented professional actors, musicians and other creative partners to create powerful metaphors where insights are created through energy, dynamism and fun. Personal confidence and teamwork are enhanced and the output is captured using innovative visual tools to ensure that lessons learned are applied back at work.

Our new  team has a great new interactive toolkit ready to bring your training programme or workshop to life!  This includes drama interventions, outdoor experiential projects and musical events with a real team purpose.

We know that you want to find a team development activity that fits with your limited time and budget that can still hit some key messages around communication and teamwork.

We've know how  to deliver 'fun with a purpose' in this type of session.  Why not have an extended lunch-break and energise your team with a memorable samba drumming workshop, or make an afternoon of it and include some reflection and 'real-team' transfer of the learning.  Sessions can run from 1 - 3 hrs.
